Jacobe war die Tochter des Markgrafen Philibert von Baden-Baden und Mechthild von Bayern. Sie vermählte sich am 16.Juni 1585 mit Johann Wilhelm von Jülich-Kleve-Berg und wurde vermutlich ermordet, nachdem sie sich einen Liebhaber genommen hatte.
